A Nashville wedding photographer is set to file a lawsuit over a photo that shows her posing with a groom’s 10-year-old daughter and his other children.
Melissa Binder, who owns Melissa’s Photography in Nashville, filed the lawsuit Thursday against the photographer, Robert L. L. Jones, who is a private investigator.
Binder told The Associated Press on Friday that Jones is the owner of a photography company called The Littlest Bride Photography in North Carolina and that the wedding photographer told her he did not know of any other family members.
She also said Jones and L.J. Jones are the only people she has talked to who know of the photographer’s relationship with the family.
She added that Jones told her that L.B. and the girls’ father were married in 2013 and that Littlest Bride Photography has been selling wedding photography for years.
The photographer did not immediately respond to a message left by The Associated White House Correspondents Association.
The company did not respond to an email seeking comment.
Littliest Bride Photography is known for its wedding photography, and the photo appears to show Littlotts daughter with the father.
L.B.’s father is a married father of three and has three children.
Binder’s father has also filed a complaint in the federal lawsuit.
The Littliest Bride Photography website does not have a listing for the photographer.
The website also does not list a phone number for the private investigator who owns the photography business.
The Associated Press has not independently confirmed Binder and Jones’ relationship.
