We were lucky enough to be able to spend the first half of 2017 at home, and after that the road was pretty much empty, thanks to my family’s work and my travels.
While our trip was definitely not perfect, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to see the city of Baltimore as it is today.
I can say with absolute certainty that this was one of the best years I have had, and I’m glad I got to see it first hand.
Baltimore is one of my favorite cities in the world, and while I am not always a fan of urban settings, Baltimore is always a fun and interesting city to visit.
I loved it so much that I started a photography project about it.
I took some photos of some of the city’s top attractions, including the Inner Harbor, the Inner Loop, the Riverfront, the waterfront, and the historic districts of Baltimore.
I also shot a few shots at a small, historic, and former jail in the Inner Westside, and at the old Port Baltimore terminal, which still sits on the waterfront.
Baltimore has been in my heart for some time now, and for me this was my first year back in the city since leaving Chicago, where I had a fantastic time last year.
I was lucky enough not to miss out on the Baltimore Pride Parade and its huge crowds of fans.
The event itself was an incredible spectacle that drew a massive crowd and captured some incredible images, and was one I will remember forever.
It was my favorite time of the year to travel to Baltimore, and it’s something I have never experienced before.
It was a special experience to be back at the Innerbelt and seeing the vibrant, diverse, and welcoming Baltimore I have always loved.
I am thankful for my time here, and wish I had been able to do more.
I would like to thank my friends for taking the time to write this blog.
