AUSTIN, Texas — A handful of animal photographers are using their computers to help them save lives by capturing photos of critically injured or injured animals.
A group of photographers who specialize in wildlife have developed software called Photobucket, which allows them to share their images on social media.
The software allows them not only to tag animals in their photographs, but to also share their own photo with the public.
Some of the animals that are tagged in the photos are those that have died in the past and have been unable to be cared for.
It also allows the photographer to share photos of animals that have been rescued and placed into care.
